💳 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% booking fee is required to secure all appointments.This is taken at the time of booking and deducted from your final total.The booking fee is fully refundable with 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the booking fee being retained.
